Thanks for a great course. As a mum of two young children I find it hard to find “me time” and I have long set my sights on Clevedon Marine Lake as a place where I might be able to escape for a short while, but I was uncertain of my ability to become a confident cold water swimmer. I am grateful to John for helping me build confidence and reach my goal of swimming over 1000m without a wetsuit. John was great at offering adaptations to suit my current ability whilst coaching me in skills to build upon and goals to work towards. Thank you!
